Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments but debit or Switch cards are our preferred payment method.

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron and also cheques made payable to Luna Spas. Please note payments via cheque require 5 working days for clearance before item(s) are shipped.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
FREE DELIVERY to all UK mainland. All orders are shipped using independent couriers. Hard to reach places may incur an extra charge to be agreed. We can ship abroad, please enquire for further details.


FIREPLACES: Approximately two days from point of order our carrier company will contact you directly to ascertain a day for delivery to your convenience. On the agreed day, the carrier will phone 1 hour before to confirm everything & will assist you in whatever way he can. Please note the courier firm will not be able help you into your house with the items as they are not insured in your premises.

FURNITURE: This will approximately take 10 working days from point of order. Our carries will contact you within 5 days to confirm a convenient day for delivery. Smaller items will be sent with a one man team. Larger items will be sent via a two man service. The carriers will call an hour before they are to arrive.

MIRRORS: Mirror orders, where applicable will be with you the next day.

In all cases, please check the goods on arrival, Luna Home Store can not be held responsible for damages reported after a 7 day period.

Delivery Schedule
On receipt of your order, you will receive confirmation of when your product can be delivered, if this is convenient the courier information will be passed on to you. If you call the courier company they will be able to inform you of the time of delivery.

We advise that you do not book plumbers/electricians until your goods have arrived and have been checked. cannot be held liable for any plumbers/electricians costs or compensation in any way.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. reserves the right to offer an equivalent or upgraded item(s) from another manufacturer if the ordered product is out of stock.

Tax Charges
We are VAT registered no: 865 8267 75. All our prices are displayed inclusive of VAT at 20%.
